I can't believe I forgot to post this yesterday. Carter officially has his first word. He says been babbling forever now and said "mama" quite a lot. However I was never sure if it was directed at me or not. Yesterday when we got to the park there were dogs everywhere. Carter pointed at one and said "ga". I told Justin that I think he is trying to say dog. As Justin was carrying Carter up to the playground, he pointed at dogs and said "ga" at least 3 more times. Today at lunch a dog started barking and Carter once again said "ga". Before I know it he will be talking in sentences.

First Word

YAY! That is so exciting. I know what you mean about talking in sentences - they grow up way too fast.
